About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin cum Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day office administration and accounting functions. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office operations, maintain accurate financial records, coordinate with vendors, and support compliance requirements. bookkeeping, invoicing, vendor coordination, bank reconciliations, and statutory support activities
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance
Maintain books of accounts in ERP.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and expense reports.
Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
Track customer payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance documentation.
Support monthly MIS reports and financial reporting.
Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and external consultants when required.
Office Administration
Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
Handle office supplies, procurement, and inventory management.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and facility management.
Manage travel bookings, meetings, and office events.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Ensure office records and documents are updated and securely maintained.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in accounts and administration roles.
Knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP, GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
