Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new companies for internships, jobs, collaborations, and hiring partnerships aligned with student profiles and course specializations.
- Build, nurture, and manage long-term relationships with corporate partners, recruiters, vendors, and other key stakeholders.
- Maintain and update student and employer databases, update trackers, and organize resources for placement activities.
- Understand client hiring needs and craft tailored talent solutions using our student base and specialization programs.
