Role Description As an IT Operations Intern at Future Lab Studio, you will support the day-to-day maintenance and smooth functioning of the company’s IT infrastructure and tools. This internship role is on-site and based in Gurgaon, where you will assist with setting up and troubleshooting workstations, software, and network connections for team members. You will help monitor system performance, manage user accounts and permissions, and document IT processes and support requests. The role also involves coordinating with vendors or senior IT staff for hardware and software issues, assisting with backups and basic security checks, and contributing to small IT projects or upgrades as needed.
Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and basic networking concepts.
• Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot common software applications and productivity tools.
• Basic awareness of IT security best practices, including password hygiene, access control, and data protection.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to diagnosing technical issues.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information in simple terms.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Interest in creative, AI-driven, and media-focused environments; prior exposure to startup or studio settings is a plus.
