We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Debt Syndication to support transaction execution, lender coordination, financial analysis, and client servicing across a wide range of debt financing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Debt Syndication & Transaction Execution

• Assist in the execution of debt fundraising transactions across:
• Working Capital Facilities
• Cash Credit & Overdraft Limits
• Term Loans
• Structured Debt
• Project Finance
• Loan Against Property (LAP)
• Supply Chain Finance
• Private Credit & Alternative Lending Solutions
• Coordinate with clients, lenders, and internal teams to facilitate smooth transaction execution.
• Support documentation, sanction processing, and disbursement activities.
• Monitor transaction timelines and ensure timely closure of mandates.
• Assist in preparing and tracking lender submissions and follow-ups.

Financial Analysis & Credit Assessment

• Analyze financial statements, cash flows, banking conduct, and operational performance of clients.
• Prepare and review:
• Credit Notes
• CMA Data
• Financial Models
• Information Memorandums (IMs)
• Funding Proposals
• Financial Projections
• Lender Presentations
• Evaluate borrower credit profiles and debt servicing capabilities.
• Support transaction structuring based on client requirements and lender expectations.

Lender Coordination & Relationship Management

• Coordinate with Banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions, AIFs, and Private Credit Funds for transaction processing.
• Maintain regular communication with lender credit and business teams.
• Track lender requirements, sanction conditions, and approval processes.
• Assist in building and maintaining strong lender relationships.

Client Relationship Management

• Act as a key point of contact for clients during transaction execution.
• Gather financial and operational information required for lender evaluation.
• Ensure timely resolution of client queries and documentation requirements.
• Maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business opportunities.

MIS & Reporting

• Maintain and update transaction pipeline trackers and MIS reports.
• Track:
• Mandates Received
• Lender Engagements
• Sanctions & Disbursements
• Revenue Contribution
• Deal Status Updates
• Prepare periodic reports and presentations for management review.
• Ensure proper documentation and record management for all transactions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Education

• MBA (Finance), CA Inter, CFA (Pursuing/Completed), or equivalent qualification.
• Strong understanding of Corporate Finance, Credit Analysis, and Lending Products.

Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in:
• Debt Syndication
• Debt Advisory
• Corporate Banking
• Credit Analysis
• Structured Finance
• Lending Operations
• Financial Advisory
• Exposure to SME, Mid-Market, or Corporate Lending preferred.
• Experience in preparing credit proposals and interacting with lending institutions will be an added advantage.

• Experience with Debt Advisory, Corporate Finance, Structured Finance, NBFCs, or Banking institutions.
• Exposure to Working Capital, Term Loans, LAP, and Project Finance transactions.
• Familiarity with CMA preparation, financial projections, and lender documentation.
• Understanding of debt markets and credit underwriting processes.
