Job Description

We are looking for a high-energy, exceptionally proactive Executive Operations & Growth Coordinator based in India. This unique, multi-faceted role requires a sharp GROWTH professional who possesses flawless English communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and the versatility to handle everything from formal civic proposals to creative entertainment submissions in California.

You will be the core engine behind our operational efficiency and community outreach, managing critical paperwork, building relationships with local US community hubs, and coordinating special administrative projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Facility Proposals & Bids: Navigate US school district booking platforms and custom portals to accurately complete and submit facility bids, activity proposals, and compliance paperwork.
• Community Outreach & Partnerships: Craft highly polished, context-aware, and persuasive emails to recreation centers and local community organizations to promote and anchor our Services & Digital Platforms.
• Talent Coordination & Casting Submissions: Manage administrative submissions for a performing arts professional, including monitoring casting calls, systematically submitting profile portfolios to Hollywood agencies/platforms, and tracking follow-ups.
• Reliable Partnership Coordination: Act as a dependable bridge between our leadership team and our local partners, ensuring all correspondence is handled with absolute professionalism, speed, and flawless grammar

Requirements & Qualifications

• Exceptional English & Communication: Superior written and verbal English skills. You must be able to sense the perfect tone for an email—whether it’s a formal district bid, a warm community outreach message, or a sharp talent submission.
• High Energy & Drive: A vibrant, self-motivated personality with a “get things done” attitude. You thrive when juggling diverse tasks and managing multiple moving parts.
• Administrative Excellence: Minimum 2+ years of experience in executive assistance, business coordination, or operations.
• Impeccable Organization: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with zero tolerance for missed deadlines or typos.
• Tech-Savvy: Mastery of Google Workspace, digital signature platforms, and project tracking tools.

The right person will be trained on the job for 3 months.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
