Job Summary
We are looking for a data-driven Product Growth Analyst to drive customer engagement, retention, and business growth through insights, campaign management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer and business data to identify growth opportunities and improve customer retention.
- Collaborate with department heads to plan and execute customer engagement campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and recommend improvements.
- Work closely with the Creative Content team to develop and launch campaigns.
- Manage customer segmentation and targeted engagement initiatives.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and actionable insights for management.
- Evaluate customer behavior and recommend strategies to enhance user engagement and product adoption.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Good understanding of customer behavior, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1 – 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a B2C environment.
- Experience working with Product Teams will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing is preferred.
