Role Overview
We are looking for a MarTech to bridge the gap between marketing, data, and engineering. This
role focuses on building, managing, and optimizing the marketing technology stack, ensuring
accurate tracking, seamless integrations, and scalable growth systems. You will play a key role
in enabling data-driven marketing decisions, improving attribution, and accelerating campaign
performance.
Key Responsibilities
A . Tracking & Analytics Implementation
1. Set up and manage:
○ Google Tag Manager (GTM)
○ Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
○ Meta Pixel, Google Ads tags, and other tracking scripts
2. Implement:
○ Event tracking (clicks, conversions, funnels)
○ Enhanced ecommerce tracking
3. Ensure accurate cross-platform attribution
B. MarTech Stack Management
● Own and optimize tools such as:
○ Analytics platforms (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude)
○ CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
○ CDPs and attribution tools
● Integrate tools across:
○ Website ○ Ad platforms
○ CRM systems
C. Data & Attribution
● Build and maintain:
○ Marketing dashboards
○ Attribution models (first-touch, last-touch, multi-touch)
● Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms
● Identify data gaps and fix tracking issues
D. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Support
● Work with marketing team to:
○ Set up A/B tests (landing pages, creatives, funnels)
○ Track experiment performance
● Provide insights to improve: ○ Conversion rates
○ User journey
E. Automation & Integrations
● Build workflows using tools like:
○ Zapier / Make (Integromat)
○ Webhooks / APIs
● Automate:
○ Lead flows
○ Campaign triggers
○ Reporting
F. Campaign Enablement
● Support marketing teams with:
○ Pixel setup & validation
○ Conversion tracking
○ Audience syncing (CRM → Ad platforms)
● Ensure campaigns are data-ready and scalable
Required Skills
● Strong experience with:
○ Google Tag Manager (Web & Server-side preferred)
○ Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
● Understanding of:
○ Event tracking & data layers
○ Attribution models
○ Marketing funnels Technical Skills
● Basic knowledge of:
○ HTML, CSS, JavaScript
● Experience with:
○ APIs & webhooks
○ Data tools (BigQuery is a plus)
