About the role: Your role is to make AI useful inside the Satvic team. You go deep into how each team works, spot the repetitive and manual tasks, then find, test, and roll out the tool that removes that repetitive job. You work closely with Subah, Harsh, and team leads. Success metric: every two weeks, something manual disappears.
What you’ll own:
- Introduce and fully implement one new AI or productivity tool every two weeks — each removes a manual task
- Sit with team members, watch how they work, and spot what should never be done by hand
- Find, test, and break tools fast — try ten, keep the one that actually works
- Train the relevant team on each tool over video calls so it becomes daily habit, not a forgotten experiment
- Ask one question relentlessly across every team: can this be done with less human effort?
- Push into the hard ones: video shoot without shooting, music and dubs without artists, hiring scans without manual review, replies without humans
Apply if: You have already automated real tasks with AI and can show what you built, you’ve used Claude and other AI tools, you fixed something inefficient without being asked because it bothered you, and AI is what you mess around with on weekends.
Don’t apply if: You want remote work, need daily direction, or don’t resonate with the Satvic lifestyle.
