Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage control tower team members.
- Monitor E2E reverse logistics flow and provide real-time visibility and status updates to stakeholders.
- Act as a central coordination point between Internal & External stakeholders.
- Manage client communications and reporting.
- Track and report KPI
- Ensure compliance with SOP & SLA
- Maintain dashboards and MIS reports for reverse logistics performance.
- Analyse trends to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of reverse logistics and supply chain operations
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, WMS & TMS systems
- Excellent people management skills.
