What you’ll do
• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
• Handle administrative functions such as office coordination, vendor management, and compliance.
• Support payroll processing and maintain employee records.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring adherence to company procedures.
• Coordinate training programs and employee welfare initiatives.
• Support smooth functioning of both HR and administrative processes.
What we’re looking for
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR and/or Administration.
• Knowledge of HR processes, statutory compliance, and office administration.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
