Job Description

For one of the related group company which is into dry battery manufacturing company we are looking for a sharp, execution-focused Chief of Staff to work directly with the Founder.

You’ll serve as a trusted thought partner — translating strategic intent into action across growth, finance, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Advise the Founder on strategic, financial, and operational decisions; prepare board decks, investor materials, and executive reportsLead cross-functional strategic initiatives sponsored by the Founder; track execution and drive accountabilityConduct market assessments, competitive benchmarking, and feasibility studies for growth opportunitiesSupport fundraising — investor decks, financial modeling, due diligence, and lender negotiationsAnalyze business performance (P&L, working capital, cash flow) and drive margin improvement and cost optimization initiativesLiaise with external stakeholders — consultants, bankers, auditors, and legal advisors — on the Founder’s behalfIdentify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements

Ideal Candidate

6–12 years of experience, with a strong stint at a top-tier consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Big 4 strategy, or equivalent)MBA from a premier institution preferredStrong financial acumen — comfortable with P&L, unit economics, and business casesExcellent communication and structured problem-solving skillsHigh ownership mindset; comfortable in a fast-paced, unstructured founder-led environmentExposure to manufacturing, energy, battery, or industrial sectors is a plus
