Job Description
Capacity Planning Engineer
In this role, you will be responsible for capacity planning, process optimization, and continuous improvement across logistics and supply chain operations. You will enhance QCD performance by analyzing workflows, implementing standardized processes, WMS/automation solutions, and driving productivity and efficiency improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Your Job
Drive capacity planning and optimization to improve logistics performance (QCD)Lead process improvement and value stream optimization initiatives across operationsAnalyze workflows to identify bottlenecks, root causes, and efficiency gainsDesign and implement layouts, capacity models, WMS, and automation solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teamsDefine requirements and support procurement and deployment of logistics equipment and systemsEnsure adherence to standardized processes, global standards, and KPI trackingDrive innovation and adoption of new technologies to enhance productivityCoordinate with stakeholders, suppliers, and teams for project execution and deliveryConduct time studies, performance analysis, and continuous improvement initiativesMonitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and process documentation
Our Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering / supply chain / related field with 4–7 years of relevant experience in logistics or capacity planningStrong knowledge of warehouse operations, material management systems, and process optimization (Lean/OPEX)Experience in capacity planning, layout design, and project management within logistics environmentsFamiliarity with WMS, automation, and data-driven KPI trackingGood analytical, stakeholder management, and English communication skills (B2 level) with proficiency in MS Office
