Role Summary
We are looking for a self-driven Inside Sales & Digital Listings Executive based in Chennai to manage our B2B marketplace presence, company website listings, lead generation, client outreach, and end-to-end sales coordination; all primarily from home with a weekly check-in at our office.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Sales Junior Executive role based in Chennai, India. The Digital Sales Junior Executive will support online lead generation and sales activities across digital channels, including managing product inquiries received via the website, email, and social media platforms. The role involves responding to customer queries, preparing initial quotations or proposals under guidance, updating and maintaining customer and prospect data in the CRM, and coordinating with the senior sales and technical teams to align solutions with client requirements. The person in this role will assist with uploading and updating product content on digital marketplaces and company platforms, tracking campaign responses, and providing basic sales reports. Daily responsibilities also include follow-ups with potential clients, scheduling calls or meetings for senior team members, and ensuring a professional and timely digital customer experience.
