Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing Intern role based in Gurgaon. The intern will support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital performance campaigns across channels such as search, social, and display to drive premium OPD growth and brand visibility for specialist doctors. Daily responsibilities include assisting with campaign setup, tracking, and reporting; monitoring key metrics; and coordinating with internal teams to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting. The intern will help conduct A/B tests, evaluate campaign performance against benchmarks, and suggest data-backed improvements. The role also involves researching market trends and competitor activities, preparing performance presentations, and maintaining accurate documentation of campaigns and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and data analysis abilities to interpret campaign metrics and derive actionable insights.
• Exposure to performance management and performance testing in digital or marketing contexts is preferred.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and presenting campaign results clearly.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including paid media, conversion funnels, and key performance indicators.
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with analytics or advertising tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) is an advantage.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site startup environment in Gurgaon.
