Role Description The Sales Marketing Lead is a full-time, on-site position based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. This role is responsible for driving new business, managing client relationships, and aligning sales initiatives with the agency’s marketing strategies. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals, and closing deals. The Sales Marketing Lead will collaborate closely with the digital marketing and creative teams to translate client needs into effective campaigns and service packages. The role also includes tracking performance metrics, forecasting revenue, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to ongoing improvements in sales processes and customer experience.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and active listening abilities.
• Proficient in Customer Service, with a focus on building long-term relationships and managing client expectations.
• Demonstrated Sales experience, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closure.
• Background in Sales Management and Training, with the ability to guide, coach, and motivate team members.
• Familiarity with digital marketing services (social media, video ads, web development) and how they support client business goals.
• Comfort using CRM tools, sales reporting dashboards, and productivity software.
• Ability to work on-site in the Kolkata metropolitan area and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets is highly desirable.
