Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vijayawada for a Video Editor and Motion Designer. The person in this role will edit and assemble raw video footage, create motion graphics, and design animations for marketing campaigns, product demos, and social media content. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with designers, developers, and marketing teammates to translate concepts and storyboards into engaging visual content. The Video Editor and Motion Designer will manage multiple projects, maintain organized file structures, and ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs. The role also involves optimizing videos for various platforms and formats, incorporating feedback, and staying current with visual design and motion trends.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Strong motion graphics and animation skills using tools like After Effects or comparable applications.
• Solid understanding of visual design principles, typography, color, and layout for digital media.
• Experience creating video content for web, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Ability to interpret briefs, work from storyboards, and translate ideas into compelling visual narratives.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with UI/UX, web design, or branding projects is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of audio editing, sound design, and video compression formats is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Film, Animation, Design, Media, or a related field is preferred.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in an on-site, team-based environment in Vijayawada.
