Through our Brand Experience division, we extend this thinking into building brands—crafting visual systems, stories, and experiences rooted in context, culture, and clarity.
We’re hiring a Junior Visual Designer to work at the intersection of strategy and execution—translating ideas into clear, compelling visual outcomes.
What you’ll do:
– Translate brand strategy into cohesive visual systems (typography, layout, grids, identity elements)
– Design high-impact pitch decks, proposals, and portfolios
– Create and manage content across digital platforms for organic growth
– Contribute to campaigns that strengthen brand recall and engagement
– Develop visual and video assets for presentations and brand storytelling
What we’re looking for:
– Strong visual sensibility with an eye for functional, conversion-driven design
_ Basic understanding of digital marketing and sales practices to boost conversion
– Ability to think in systems, not just isolated graphics
– Good understanding of layout, typography, and data visualization
– Proficiency in Adobe Suite + video editing tools + content curation
– Clear communication and ability to articulate design decisions

Qualification:
