Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hub Manager located in Jalor. The Hub Manager will oversee and manage day-to-day operations at the hub, ensuring efficient parcel handling, timely dispatch and delivery, and optimal resource utilization. The role involves supervising staff, coordinating with logistics and transportation teams, monitoring operational performance metrics, and adhering to safety and compliance standards. The Hub Manager will also identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and resolve any logistical challenges.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operational management, process optimization, and resource planning
• Strong leadership, team management, and staff training skills
• Analytical skills to track and improve performance metrics and operational efficiency
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Hands-on experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field
• Proficiency in using logistics technology and tools, including AI-powered systems, is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in managing logistics hubs or warehouses is advantageous
