About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and technology-driven freshers/interns who are eager to build a career in IT Pre-Sales. The role involves supporting proposal preparation, requirement analysis, solution documentation, market research, and coordination with technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and client documents.
• Support RFQ, RFP, and tender documentation activities.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Prepare solution overviews, case studies, and capability documents.
• Assist in creating PowerPoint presentations and reports.
• Maintain records of leads, opportunities, and proposals.
• Participate in client meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM).

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of Information Technology concepts.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and research abilities.
• Presentation and documentation skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively.

Educational Qualification

• B.Tech / B.E. (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related fields)
• MCA
• MBA (IT/Marketing)
• BCA
• Recent Graduates or Final-Year Students
