About the Role
We’re building a community of experienced freelance designers who work directly with clients, scope projects, prepare proposals, and manage engagements from concept through delivery.
If you’ve ever received a vague client brief, struggled to price a project confidently, dealt with endless revision requests, or discovered important requirements halfway through a project, you’re exactly the type of professional we’re looking to connect with.
Designers who regularly work with U.S. and international clients are especially encouraged to apply.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of graphic design and/or web design experience
- Strong portfolio of client work
- Experience working directly with clients
- Ability to scope, estimate, and manage projects independently
- Experience creating websites, brands, marketing assets, or digital campaigns
