About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to support and execute digital marketing initiatives across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.

You will play a key role in driving online visibility, lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth through effective digital marketing strategies and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Optimize website content, landing pages, and metadata
• Monitor website performance and SEO rankings
• Work on local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization

Paid Advertising

• Create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms
• Monitor campaign performance and budget utilization
• Improve CTR, conversions, and ROI through continuous optimization
• Generate performance reports and insights

Social Media Marketing

• Plan and publish engaging content across social media platforms
• Manage social media calendars and campaigns
• Monitor audience engagement and community interactions
• Track performance metrics and recommend improvements

Content Marketing

• Collaborate with content teams to create blogs, website content, ad creatives, and marketing materials
• Ensure content aligns with SEO and brand guidelines
• Support content promotion strategies across channels

Email Marketing & Automation

• Execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters
• Manage audience segmentation and campaign scheduling
• Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
• Assist in marketing automation workflows

Analytics & Reporting

• Track website and campaign performance using analytics tools
• Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards
• Analyze user behavior, traffic trends, and conversion metrics
• Provide actionable recommendations for campaign improvement

Required Skills & Qualifications

Digital Marketing Skills

• 1–3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
• Good understanding of SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing
• Knowledge of lead generation and conversion optimization
• Familiarity with digital marketing best practices

Analytical Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to interpret marketing data and performance metrics
• Attention to detail and result-oriented mindset

Tools & Platforms

Experience with:

• Google Analytics (GA4)
• Google Search Console
• Google Ads
• Meta Ads Manager
• SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO tools
• Email Marketing Platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
• CRM and Marketing Automation Tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Google Ads Certification
• Google Analytics Certification
• Meta Blueprint Certification
• Experience working with agencies or multiple client accounts
• Exposure to international marketing campaigns
