Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and classify records in physical filing systems and digital databases.File Management: Sort, pack, label, and box documents for storage, archiving, or secure disposal.Document Retrieval: Swiftly locate and deliver requested files, reports, or archival materials to authorized staff.Compliance & Auditing: Conduct routine audits to verify data accuracy and ensure records comply with company policies and legal retention schedules.Confidentiality: Safeguard sensitive information (e.g., employee files, financial vouchers, or medical charts) from unauthorized access.
