About the Role: The Inbound Customer Service Agent acts as the first point of contact for incoming customer inquiries, providing timely, professional, and effective support via phone and research. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and issue resolution .
