Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Trainee for Company Secretary (21 months) role based in Noida. The trainee will support company secretarial functions, including assisting with the preparation and filing of statutory forms, maintaining registers and records, and helping ensure compliance with applicable corporate laws and regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting minutes, notices, and resolutions, coordinating board and committee meetings, and compiling documentation for regulatory filings. The role will also involve research on company law, SEBI regulations, and related governance frameworks, as well as assisting senior professionals in liaising with stakeholders, auditors, and regulators. The trainee will gain hands-on exposure to corporate governance practices, secretarial audits, and practical aspects of working with a corporate secretarial team.

Qualifications

• Pursuing the Company Secretary course (CS Executive/Professional) from ICSI, with eligibility for 21 months of management training.
• Strong understanding of corporate law, SEBI regulations, the Companies Act, and basic corporate governance principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to work with digital documentation and compliance tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in drafting and reviewing documents.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• An analytical mindset and research skills to interpret laws, regulations, and guidance notes accurately.
• Ability to work collaboratively with senior professionals and cross-functional teams in an on-site corporate environment.
• Prior internship or exposure in a CS firm or corporate secretarial department is an advantage.
• Ethical, professional attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a structured training environment.
