Senior Functional Consultant Full Time NEW

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and operational challenges.
• Lead client workshops and requirement-gathering sessions to define project scope and objectives.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for o9 platform configuration and customization.
• Provide expert guidance and recommendations based on industry best practices.
• Configure and implement o9 solutions including Supply Planning, Demand Planning, MEIO, IBP, and S&OP using reference product models or customized solutions.
• Demonstrate expertise in IBPL, Action Buttons, Procedures, Plugins, Widgets, Roles, and DSR.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate solution quality and alignment with client requirements.
• Deliver training sessions and knowledge transfer to client teams to ensure effective adoption of the o9 platform.
• Monitor solution performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to resolve issues and enhance solution effectiveness.
• Stay updated on o9 product releases and enhancements, recommending relevant upgrades to clients.
