Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Gurugram for a Personal Secretary to the founder. The Personal Secretary will manage the founder’s schedule, coordinate meetings, and handle confidential communications seamlessly. Key responsibilities include calendar management, travel arrangements, documentation, correspondence, and acting as a point of coordination for stakeholders. The role requires proactive planning, exceptional time management, and strong multi-tasking capabilities to ensure efficient support for the founder’s daily activities.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with experience in calendar management and scheduling.
• Proficient in communication, correspondence, and documentation with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information and maintain discretion in all professional interactions.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively manage and prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling software.
• Relevant experience in a similar role; experience working with senior executives or founders is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
