Role Description
GUD Chocolates is seeking an Operations & Brand Assistant to support the Founder/COO in a full-time, on-site role based in Ernakulam. The role involves managing daily operations, coordinating brand-related activities, assisting in executing marketing projects, and providing administrative support. Responsibilities include overseeing logistics, ensuring seamless functionality of business processes, collaborating with team members and external vendors, and managing schedules, communications, and reports as needed by the Founder/COO.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in business operations, logistics management, and process coordination
- Marketing and branding knowledge with experience in managing projects and campaigns
- Strong proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and digital tools like Canva or similar
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to dynamic business needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant experience in assisting executive-level professionals or managing small-business operations is advantageous
