Job Overview

WEA Designs Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Purchase Executive to support procurement activities for interior design and execution projects. The ideal candidate should possess good communication and negotiation skills, basic knowledge of interior materials, and the ability to coordinate effectively with vendors and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials required for interior projects.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, site teams, and project stakeholders.
• Obtain quotations, compare rates, and support vendor selection processes.
• Maintain purchase orders, invoices, stock records, and procurement documentation.
• Track material deliveries and ensure timely supply to project sites.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment requirements.
• Assist in budget tracking and procurement reporting.
• Ensure procurement activities are completed within timelines and company standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Production Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Candidates from interior-related fields will be preferred.

Experience

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations.
• Freshers with strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills may also apply.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (or as per company standards and candidate experience)
