Role Description The Sales Office Coordinator | Vadodara role at Renishaw India is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara, Gujarat. The role involves supporting the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including preparing quotations, maintaining customer and sales records, and coordinating order processing and documentation. The Sales Office Coordinator will handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and support account management to help ensure high customer satisfaction. This role will also coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and technical teams to facilitate smooth pre- and post-sales operations. The coordinator will assist in preparing sales reports, supporting local marketing or sales events, and maintaining organized, accurate documentation for the Vadodara sales territory.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships.
• Administrative Assistance experience, including data entry, documentation, scheduling, and office coordination.
• Basic understanding of Sales processes, including order handling, quotation preparation, and follow-up.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems. Experience required 3 – 4 Years..
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a structured, process-oriented environment and maintain confidentiality of business information.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Administration, or a related field; prior experience in a sales support or coordination role is an advantage.
