Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hospital Administrator role based in Kotputli. The Hospital Administrator will oversee day-to-day hospital operations, including patient flow, admission and discharge processes, bed management, and coordination between clinical and non-clinical departments. Responsibilities include supervising support staff, ensuring adherence to hospital policies, and maintaining compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. The role will manage budgeting, procurement, vendor relationships, and maintenance of medical and non-medical equipment in collaboration with relevant teams. The Hospital Administrator will also work closely with medical leadership to improve quality of care, optimize resource utilization, address patient feedback, and implement process improvements. Regular reporting to senior management and participation in strategic planning for hospital growth and service enhancement are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in hospital operations and hospital management, with experience coordinating departments, managing workflows, and supporting quality and safety initiatives.
• Demonstrated customer service and communication skills to address patient concerns, support families, and collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative teams.
• Basic understanding of medical and healthcare concepts to communicate with clinicians and make informed operational decisions (formal medical qualification is not mandatory but is an advantage).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in a hospital or healthcare administration role, including exposure to ICU, emergency, or specialty care settings is beneficial.
• Ability to use hospital information systems and basic office software for reporting, scheduling, and data management.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with capacity to work in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.
