Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Co-Founder & Investor role based in Hyderabad. The Co-Founder & Investor will collaborate on defining and executing the company’s long-term strategy, with a focus on expanding global trade channels, strengthening supplier and buyer networks, and identifying high-potential product categories across key export sectors. Daily responsibilities include evaluating new market opportunities, reviewing financial performance, guiding pricing and margin strategies, and supporting risk management and compliance across multiple geographies. The role will involve building and mentoring a lean core team, establishing scalable business processes, and representing the company in high-level negotiations with partners, investors, and strategic stakeholders. The Co-Founder & Investor will also contribute capital, actively participate in governance and decision-making, and help drive innovation in trade facilitation, supply chain efficiency, and brand positioning.
Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to evaluate markets, assess risk, interpret trade data, and make evidence-based strategic decisions.
• Excellent Communication skills to lead negotiations, manage stakeholder relationships, and represent the company with partners, suppliers, and investors.
• Proven Sales and Marketing skills to drive revenue growth, develop go-to-market strategies, and expand customer and distributor networks.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with prior experience in building or scaling a business, preferably in international trade, export-import, supply chain, or related sectors.
• Ability to commit financial investment aligned with agreed ownership structure, and readiness to take an active operational role in the business.
• Solid understanding of global trade practices, export documentation, logistics, and regulatory compliance is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
• High level of integrity, resilience, and willingness to work in a dynamic, growth-stage environment with a long-term vision.
