Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate digital marketing projects while ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will oversee project execution, maintain timelines, provide regular client updates, and prepare project reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage digital marketing projects including SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Website Development.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong client relationships.
• Provide regular project updates to clients regarding campaign progress, deliverables, and timelines.
• Prepare and share weekly/monthly project reports highlighting campaign performance, milestones, and ongoing activities.
• Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and communicate feedback to internal teams.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Collaborate with content, design, SEO, and paid marketing teams for smooth project execution.
• Coordinate website design and development projects, including website content planning and updates.
• Monitor project performance, identify challenges, and proactively resolve issues.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and status reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Project Coordination, or Client Servicing.
• Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, and website development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in project reporting, client coordination, and providing regular progress updates.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
