Role Summary :
Seeking an experienced Channel Sales professional to drive sales growth through channel partner management, lead generation, and business development initiatives. The role involves expanding and managing the CP network, driving sales conversions, building strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets across assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and long-term relationships with prospects.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Develop and execute annual sales strategies and goals.
• Leverage sales tools and resources to identify and nurture new sales leads.
• Collaborate with sales leaders to drive business growth.
• Source leads through direct channels and independently close sales for assigned projects.
• Identify opportunities for partnerships and strategic tie-ups.
• Manage customer registration documentation and related paperwork.
• Create and maintain a database of channel partners while expanding the CP network.
• Conduct regular visits to channel partners and train their teams.
• Ensure timely customer follow-ups to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain MIS records and track channel partner performance.
• Adhere to company guidelines, processes, and project timelines.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Undertake market visits for lead generation and new CP empanelment.
• Be willing to travel extensively and work on weekends, with compensatory week-offs as applicable.
Qualification and Experience:
• 5-10 years relevant experience in sales in real estate is preferred
• Strong network within the Channel Sales ecosystem in Gurugram.
• Experience working with reputed Real Estate Developer companies.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
