Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Digital Marketing Specialist located on-site in Noida. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing campaigns, managing and analyzing app and web traffic and social media engagement and collaborating with other teams to enhance brand awareness. The specialist will also monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize results.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in managing advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and other major search engine platforms

• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)

• Prior experience in the healthcare, wellness, or Ayurveda industry is a strong advantage

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
