Sr. SEO Lead – eCommerce Growth Full Time NEW

Job Description:

As a Sr. SEO Lead – eCommerce Growth, you will be responsible for driving organic growth for our eCommerce clients by improving search engine rankings, increasing website traffic, and generating measurable business results. The ideal candidate should have experience working with US-based clients and managing end-to-end SEO strategies across multiple projects.

Objectives of this Role

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to achieve business goals.
• Drive organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion growth.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO and analytics tools.
• Collaborate with content, design, development, and marketing teams to improve search visibility.
• Execute link-building initiatives to improve domain authority and search rankings.
• Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
• Optimize website content, metadata, URLs, and internal linking structures.
• Perform technical SEO audits and work with developers to resolve SEO issues.
• Improve website crawlability, indexing, page speed, and overall site performance.
• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics.
• Create and present regular SEO performance reports and recommendations.
• Manage and execute content optimization strategies.
• Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building practices.
• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to align SEO initiatives with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in SEO.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience working on eCommerce SEO projects.
• Experience managing US-based clients and international SEO campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, and Content SEO.
• Hands-on experience with:
• Google Analytics (GA4)
• Google Search Console
• SEMrush
• Ahrefs
• Screaming Frog
• Google Keyword Planner
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with eCommerce websites and online marketplaces.
• Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and website performance optimization.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website development.
• Familiarity with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
• Experience using AI-powered SEO tools.
• Relevant SEO certifications from Google, SEMrush, HubSpot, or equivalent platforms.
