About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Founder’s Associate to join our partner organization and work

directly alongside the founder of a fast-growing fashion & lifestyle brand based in London. This

is a unique opportunity to gain exposure across all areas of the business, from operations and

supply chain management to strategic planning and business growth initiatives. As the

founder’s trusted partner, you will help drive key projects, optimize day-to-day execution, and

play a critical role in scaling the company. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive,

resourceful, and excited to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own daily operations, including tracking supplier orders, managing timelines, and

ensuring smooth coordination.

• Communicate regularly with international suppliers to get updates and solve order-

related issues.

• Monitor and manage delays, proactively find solutions, and ensure deadlines are met.

• Work on cross-functional tasks: operations, logistics, research, product planning, and

customer experience.

• Collaborate with the founder to strategize and implement new growth initiatives.

• Prepare reports, track KPIs, and suggest improvements based on data and insights.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in operations, business management, supply chain, or

a founder’s office/early-stage startup.

• Entrepreneurial mindset – you take initiative, solve problems, and get things done.

• Excellent communication skills – fluent in written and spoken English.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote setup.

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable with data-driven thinking.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with international suppliers or logistics.

• Exposure to e-commerce, fashion, or consumer brands.
