We are looking for an experienced **Digital Marketing Head** with a proven track record in driving patient acquisition, lead generation, revenue growth, and brand building for Ayurveda hospitals, healthcare chains, wellness clinics, or integrated healthcare organizations.

### Key Responsibilities

* Lead and scale digital marketing initiatives across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, SEO, and other performance marketing channels.
* Drive qualified patient lead generation and optimize CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
* Develop and execute patient acquisition strategies for OPD consultations, treatment programs, and healthcare services.
* Manage website performance, SEO growth, landing page optimization, and conversion rate improvement.
* Oversee social media strategy, online reputation management, and patient engagement campaigns.
* Utilize Google Analytics 4, GTM, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools for performance tracking and lead nurturing.
* Collaborate with call center, sales, and operations teams to improve lead-to-patient conversion rates.
* Lead internal marketing teams and external agencies while ensuring achievement of business KPIs.

### Desired Candidate Profile

* 5–10 years of Digital Marketing experience.
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Ayurveda, Healthcare, Hospital, Wellness, or Patient Acquisition Marketing.
* Hands-on experience managing monthly advertising budgets of ₹20 Lakhs+.
* Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRO, CRM, Marketing Automation, Analytics, and Lead Funnel Management.
* Proven success in generating high-quality patient leads and improving conversion metrics.
* MBA (Marketing) and certifications in Google Ads, GA4, or Meta Ads will be preferred.
