Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Online Sales Specialist role based in Vasai. The Online Sales Specialist will manage and grow online sales channels by handling inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate product listings and pricing across e-commerce platforms and marketplaces. This role involves engaging with customers via email, chat, and phone to provide product information, resolve concerns, and support the buying process. The specialist will track sales performance, analyze online traffic and conversion patterns, and suggest improvements to listings, promotions, and content. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and customer support to ensure timely fulfillment, smooth post-sales service, and a consistent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales skills, including online sales, upselling, cross-selling, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
• Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
• Knowledge of Online Marketing practices, including basic understanding of e-commerce platforms, online campaigns, and digital promotions.
• Ability to support and deliver Training on products, online tools, and processes to internal team members or channel partners.
• Prior experience in e-commerce, electronics, or consumer technology sales is preferred.
• Proficiency with basic office and online tools (spreadsheets, CRM systems, email platforms, and marketplaces dashboards).
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site in Vasai in a fast-paced environment.
