Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Rotational Week Off)
Job Summary
We are hiring experienced International Chat Support Executives to join a leading customer support team. The ideal candidate should have excellent written communication skills, prior international BPO experience, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service through chat support.
Key Responsibilities
– Handle customer queries and concerns through chat support.
– Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer issues.
– Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
– Document customer interactions and follow process guidelines.
– Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
Requirements
– Minimum 1 year of International BPO experience.
– Experience in B2C Customer Support (Chat Process).
– Excellent written communication and typing skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment.
– Willingness to work in US shifts.
Salary
Up to ₹4.5 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)
