Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Outreach:
• Assist in building targeted lead lists of real estate professionals and brokerages.
• Conduct initial outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate interest and schedule demos for the senior sales team.
• Market Research:
• Perform market analysis and research on competitor offerings within the proptech space.
• CRM & Administrative Support:
• Help maintain, update, and clean data within our sales CRM.
• Support campaign managers and the senior sales team with daily administrative tasks as needed.
• Sales Training:
• Participate in sales meetings, mock pitches, and training sessions to develop foundational closing and objection-handling skills.

Required Qualifications:

• Pursuing/completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of the sales funnel and lead generation channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A self-starter mentality with the initiative and drive to learn B2B SaaS sales.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills/Certifications:

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, or MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Sales or business development certifications preferred but not required.
