The Role

We’re looking for a Social Media, Influencers & Community Lead to build Swish’s voice, creator ecosystem, and community from the ground up. Reporting to the Brand Head, you’ll shape how Swish shows up online, build meaningful creator partnerships, and turn customers into advocates.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who combines creativity, cultural awareness, and execution.

What You’ll Own

Social Media

• Own Swish’s presence across Instagram, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms.
• Develop platform-native content strategies, calendars, and creative direction.
• Stay on top of trends, cultural moments, and new formats.
• Track performance and continuously improve content effectiveness.

Influencer Marketing

• Build and manage a creator network across nano, micro, mid-tier, and macro influencers.
• Source, brief, negotiate, and manage creator partnerships end-to-end.
• Launch campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
• Build scalable influencer operations as Swish expands.

Community Building

• Grow and engage a community of loyal Swish customers and advocates.
• Create programmes for superfans, exclusive drops, and brand experiences.
• Amplify user-generated content and strengthen customer engagement.
• Build presence across relevant local and digital communities.

Collaboration

• Partner with Brand, Growth, Product, and Operations teams.
• Support city launches with local creator and community strategies.
• Turn customer feedback into actionable insights.

What We’re Looking For

• 6–7 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital brand building.
• Experience in food & beverage, quick commerce, D2C, consumer tech, or FMCG preferred.
• Strong understanding of social platforms, short-form content, and creator ecosystems.
• Proven experience managing influencer programmes end-to-end.
• Strong writing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience building a brand’s social presence from scratch.
• Startup or high-growth company experience.
• Experience with community-building or advocacy programmes.
• Familiarity with influencer and social analytics tools.
