Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in New Delhi. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing short- and long-form video content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and campaigns. Responsibilities include organizing and assembling raw footage, adding transitions, effects, and graphics, and ensuring brand consistency in storytelling and visual style. The role also involves basic color correction, sound alignment, and exporting optimized formats for various channels. The Video Editor will collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm concepts, refine storyboards, and deliver high-quality video assets on schedule.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, including handling raw footage, timelines, and exporting in multiple formats.
• Proficiency in Video Color Grading to maintain visual consistency and enhance the overall look and feel of footage.
• Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging titles, lower-thirds, overlays, and simple animations.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and basic audio editing tools.
• Ability to interpret briefs, follow brand guidelines, and adapt content for different platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and paid ads.
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and composition, with attention to detail and consistency.
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, communication, design, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work is required.
