Key Responsibilities

• Call leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
• Understand customer requirements and answer their queries.
• Build rapport and maintain professional communication.
• Follow up with interested prospects.
• Convert enquiries into customers.
• Maintain basic records of calls and follow-ups.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable making 50–60 calls per day.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills.
• Ability to work independently from home.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, counselling, sales, or lead conversion is an advantage but not mandatory.
