Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager, based in Bilaspur. The CRM Manager will oversee the development and implementation of effective CRM strategies and manage customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention. Key responsibilities include analyzing customer data, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, ensuring seamless CRM software utilization, and identifying opportunities to improve customer engagement and loyalty. Collaboration and regular communication with key stakeholders will be essential to achieve organizational goals and facilitate growth.

• Expertise in CRM software and customer engagement strategies
• Data analysis and interpretation skills for understanding customer behavior and trends
