Hiring: Founder’s Office Intern (AI-First)
Location: Hybrid / Remote
Duration: 3-6 Months

Want to work directly with founders building cutting-edge AI and Computer Vision products for logistics, warehousing, agriculture, industrial automation, and enterprise AI?
We’re looking for an exceptionally smart, resourceful, AI-native, and execution-focused Founder’s Office Intern who can leverage AI tools to solve business problems, drive strategic initiatives, and help scale fast-growing ventures.
This is NOT a typical internship.
You will work directly with the founders on strategy, growth, partnerships, fundraising, marketing, operations, and special projects.
What You’ll Do Strategic Research & Intelligence
- Conduct deep market, competitor, customer, and industry research
- Identify and research strategic investors, partners, customers, and acquisition opportunities
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations for business decisions
- Use AI tools to gather, analyze, and synthesize information rapidly
AI-Powered Growth & Marketing
- Become a power user of Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI tools
- Build end-to-end AI-assisted digital marketing pipelines
- Create content, campaigns, ad copies, landing page concepts, and growth experiments
- Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
Decks, Proposals & Business Communication
- Create investor decks, customer presentations, proposals, case studies, and business documents
- Convert complex ideas into compelling business narratives
- Support fundraising, partnerships, and enterprise sales initiatives
Design & Creative Execution
- Transform ideas into professional posters, social media creatives, infographics, brochures, and marketing materials
- Use Canva and AI design tools to rapidly create high-quality assets
- Maintain brand consistency across communication channels
Partner & Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage with strategic partners, vendors, customers, and ecosystem stakeholders
- Prepare meeting materials, briefs, presentations, and follow-up documents
- Coordinate discussions and maintain relationship records
- Assist founders in managing key external relationships
Document Review & Quality Control
- Review proposals, reports, presentations, agreements, and internal documents
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities
- Ensure communication quality and professional presentation standards
Team Coordination & Management
- Coordinate with internal teams across technology, operations, sales, and marketing
- Track project progress and identify bottlenecks
- Ensure alignment between different stakeholders
- Assist founders in driving organization-wide initiatives
Task Master & Founder Execution Office
- Follow up on key action items on behalf of founders
- Ensure commitments are delivered on time
- Track important projects, deadlines, and priorities
- Hold teams accountable for agreed deliverables
- Act as an execution bridge between founders and teams
Special Projects
- Work on high-impact strategic initiatives
- Solve ambiguous business problems
- Launch new initiatives from scratch
- Take ownership of critical projects and drive execution
Who Should Apply?
Exceptional internet research skills
Extremely comfortable using Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and AI tools
Strong business writing and communication skills
Excellent PowerPoint and storytelling abilities
Canva/design skills
Strong project management and follow-up abilities
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to independently figure things out
Strong ownership mindset
Comfortable working directly with founders
Execution-focused rather than task-focused
