Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resource Intern located in Noida. The HR Intern will assist with implementing HR policies, managing employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, supporting employee onboarding, and addressing employee queries. Additional responsibilities include assisting with performance management processes, organizing employee engagement programs, and ensuring compliance with HR practices and policies.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) basics and principles
• Familiarity with HR Management and HR Policies
• Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
