We are hiring an Immediate Joiner for the role of End User Support (EUS) Engineer with 2+ years of experience.

Location

Bangalore ( Devanahalli) CTC Up to 4.5 LPA to 4.6 LPA.

Work Schedule6 days a week Shift timings:

8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Provide End User Support (EUS) for IT-related issues.

Support Windows & macOS environments.

Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.) issues.

Provide basic Meeting Room / AV support.

Handle MDM (Mobile Device Management) tasks (enrollment, troubleshooting).

Manage incidents using ticketing tools (ServiceNow / Remedy / Jira).

Perform hardware & software troubleshooting for end-user devices.

Ensure SLA adherence and high user satisfaction.

Required Skills very good communicate 

Strong knowledge of:

Windows & Mac OS

Microsoft 365 (M365)

Basic Meeting Room support

MDM tools (Intune, JAMF preferred)

Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools

Good communication and user-facing skills

Experience

Minimum 2 years in End User Support / Desktop Support
