About the Position:

We are looking for a Procurement Professional with expertise in procurement processes, vendor negotiations, contract drafting and ERP systems. The role requires strong coordination, commercial acumen, and the ability to support procurement operations while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and timely project execution.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including floating RFQs and evaluating vendor proposals.
• Prepare Purchase Orders (POs), Work Orders, and support contract drafting and documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers/vendors to track production schedules and dispatch timelines.
• Maintain daily tracking of Purchase Orders to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time material delivery as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with Finance & Accounts teams for pending payments and ensure complete documentation for invoice processing.
• Conduct market research and price analysis to support cost optimization and procurement decisions.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports and procurement dashboards.
• Utilize ERP systems and MS Office tools for procurement and reporting activities.
• Partner with senior leadership and site management to implement strategies, policies, and services that enhance employee safety and minimize organizational risks.
• Prepare, maintain, and periodically update the EHS Legal Register.
• Monitor changes in EHS laws and regulations, analyze their impact, and recommend updates to internal policies and standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 2–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in Solar and Wind Energy Projects.
• Educational Qualification: B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) / Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contracts, ERP systems, and MIS reporting.
• Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP applications.
