Job Overview:

As a Performance Marketing Manager at Buyhatke, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns across digital channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. You’ll own the strategy and execution of performance media, analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute directly to the company’s growth goals through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead performance marketing strategies to drive user growth and conversions across key channels including Search (SEM), Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), Display, Programmatic, and Affiliate Marketing.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns with a strong focus on ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Monitor campaign performance metrics, conduct data analysis, and derive actionable insights to improve outcomes.
• Perform A/B and multivariate testing for creative, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, analytics, and content teams to align performance marketing efforts with broader company goals.
• Manage and optimize campaign budgets, forecasts, and pacing to ensure efficiency and impactful spend.
• Build and maintain dashboards and regular reports on KPIs (CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate, etc.), and communicate performance to leadership.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and paid media.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 4–8+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital media, or paid acquisition.
• Proven track record of owning and scaling digital campaigns with measurable impact.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in performance metrics and attribution models.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, programmatic platforms, and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in app marketing and ASO (App Store Optimization).
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing and influencer-led campaigns.
• Working knowledge of programmatic advertising and DSP platforms.
• Experience using automation tools like HubSpot, Mixpanel, or Clevertap.
• Hands-on experience with Google Sheets for campaign analytics and dashboards.
• Understanding of marketing funnels, user segmentation, and lifecycle campaigns.
• Ability to experiment creatively while maintaining analytical discipline.
