What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Schedule, reschedule, and manage patient appointments for imaging services
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to patients
- Support patient care across a network of imaging centers
- Assist with administrative tasks related to appointment management
- Maintain accurate records and data entry for scheduling
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Strong customer service, communication, and phone skills
- Strong basic computer and data entry skills
- Attention to detail and a customer-first attitude
- Ability to work onsite when needed and remotely
- Call center or medical experience is a plus
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Previous experience in a medical scheduling or call center environment
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Proficiency in scheduling software or healthcare management systems
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
